Forum Rules


1 ) Entry Procedure & Agreement
Every member must access our forum from our main page at (www.infomesum.com), and must read, understand, and accept the disclaimer agreement before entering our forum.

2 ) Username
a. Every member may only register and use one username.
b. Each username may only be used by one person.
c. Do NOT adopt a Username similar to an existing member's username.
d. Do NOT adopt a Username that violates rule no.5.

3 ) Gender and Sexual Orientation
Every member is required to provide accurate information of one’s own gender and sexual orientation. This information will only be asked at registration. Any member that has not provided the above information is required to do so at one’s own Edit Profile page. We respect all sexual orientation and forbid any form of harassment to one's sexual orientation.

4 ) Avatar, Signature, and Profile Photo
a. Do NOT use an Avatar and/or Signature and/or Profile Photo that violates rule no.5.
b. Do NOT use a link with commercial purposes to sites other than infomesum.com with exception for infomesum.com partner sites.
c. Maximum allowed font size for member's signature is size 3.

5) Forbidden Subjects
It is STRICTLY forbidden to post anything that relates to:
a. Minor/underage person/people – Any person that is below the age of 18 legally or according to our judgement.
b. Abortion – Including, but not limited to, names and/or addresses of facilities that provide abortion service, abortion methods/tips, drugs/chemicals that induce abortion. Please note that abortion refers to the killing of the fetus. Thus drugs/chemicals that prevent pregnancy are not considered to be under this definition, since they prevent the development of fetus instead of aborting it.
c. Drugs & Narcotics – Drugs/substances that contains narcotics, psychotropic, addictive chemicals and dangerous drugs that may risk addiction for the consumer (with exception for cigarette & alcohol). This includes and not limited to the terminology, product variant, brand, image, video, transaction and its usage.
d. Stimulant Drugs - Drugs/substances that induce sexual appetite and cause the consumer to lose consciousness and/or self-control, which may risk becoming a victim of sexual abuse/violence. This includes and not limited to the terminology, product variant, brand, image, video, transaction and its usage.
e. Religion – Including, but not limited to, religious names, religious icons, pictures or videos that display person(s) wearing religious clothing article, religious articles/letters/essays, religious prayers, names of organization that claim connection to any religion.
f. Politics – Including, but not limited to, names of political party, political ideology, and political philosophy. Discussions of statutes, laws, and/or government decrees are allowed.
g. Anything related to involuntary or forced sexual interaction.
h. Any forms of violent action that may cause bodily and/or psychological harm, with exception in context of contact sports.
i. Discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, and/or religion.
j. Anything that relates to sexual interaction with animals (bestiality).

6 ) Advertisement
Advertising is ONLY ALLOWED to be posted in the Advertising sub-forum (Iklan Baris). It is forbidden to write/post anything related to, but not limited to, Money Game, Multi-Level Marketing, and/or Pyramid Scheme. Advertising for anything else is allowed as long as it does not violate the forum’s Rules and Social Etiquette.
Advertiser is expected to adhere to additional rules and etiquettes as follow:
a. Post a new thread for the products/services to be offered. Do NOT post offer products/services in a thread that was started by another advertiser.
b. It is forbidden to scam customers by selling products/services that considered under the advertised standard(s). When any particular required standard of the product/service is not mentioned, it is automatically assumed to be of good standard, and advertiser will be held responsible to that assumed standard(s).
c. Customer complaints MUST be responded to.
d. Non-Professional members are limited to posting advertisement ONLY for sexual service and posted ONLY in the Sex Services sub forum.
e. InfoMesum management is not responsible for possible disagreement that may arise from the above transaction, however we may try to help find a solution.

7 ) Multiple Posting
Do NOT post identical/similar posts multiple times (Multiple Posting), this includes, but not limited to, postings variations of a posting in different threads.

8 ) Private Messaging & E-mail
a. Do NOT send mass Private Message (PM) and/or E-mail for commercial purposes (spamming).
b. Do NOT send a link/hyperlink inside a PM and/or E-mail with intention of promoting your posting to another member.

9 ) Misleading Information
Do NOT write/post false information with the intention of defamation, scamming, and/or misleading other members.

10 ) Non-Disclosure
It is forbidden to inform a “working” person or non-“working” person to the existence of information, photo, and/or video of that person in Infomesum.com.

11 ) Plagiarism
Do NOT copy writings, photos, videos, or any other form intellectual properties from Infomesum.com for posting/writing in other sites/forms for commercial/non-commercial purposes without acquiring our written consent.

12 ) Cheating
It is forbidden to write/post/ask password (with/without the password’s username) and/or the URL address of other site/forum that will give illegal access to the particular site/forum without a written consent of the particular site/forum owner.

13 ) File Sharing
It is strictly forbidden to post image,video, and other form of attachments by means of direct and/or indirect linking to other sites. All files used in infomesum.com MUST be uploaded directly to our server. Exception is given if the size of the attachment is larger than the maximum allowed in infomesum.com (does not apply for image files).

14 ) Promoting Other Sites
It is forbidden to promote other sites/forum, unless the other site/forum is in a partnership agreement with Infomesum.com.

15 ) Font Size & Colour
a. It is forbidden to write in capital letter, large fonts, bold fonts, question mark (?), and asterisk mark (!) excessively in posting.
b. Usage of RED fonts is strictly forbidden ANYWHERE unless by Moderators.
c. Usage of colour fonts in posting is only allowed in the advertisement forum by advertiser.

16 ) Privacy
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to:
a. Privately/publicly ask and/or tell other member’s names, including the member’s family member(s) by any means.
b. Privately/publicly ask and/or tell other member’s personal particulars, including the member’s family member(s) by any means. These includes, but not limited to, home/work address, regular phone number, regular e-mail of the member and/or including the member’s family member(s).
c. Record picture and/or video of Gathering activities without permission from the infomesum.com management.
d. Post picture and/or video that reveals other member’s identity before disguising as to making the member unidentifiable. Furthermore a written consent from the involved member will have to be submitted and approved by infomesum.com management.
e. Exception will be given for exposure of a member's personal identity by infomesum.com management as a part of rules and/or social etiquette enforcement procedure.

17 ) Reputation System
It is strictly forbidden to:
a. Use the reputation system as a facility to transmit personal messages in any form.
b. Use the reputation system as a reward for vote in a poll.
c. Use the reputation system as a tool for terrorizing other member(s).
d. Exchange reputation point(s) with any monetary forms.
e. Exchange reputation points between members solely to increase the involved members’ reputation (Reputation Rotation).
f. Exchange reputation points as a reward or form of payment for service rendered.

18 ) “Junk Post” Policy
a. It is strictly forbidden to make meaningless post that becomes a distraction and unrelated to the particular thread topic.
b. Infomesum.com management retains the right to question and erase a member's post if considered to be a distraction by management and/or other members.

19 ) Usage of Bahasa Indonesia in the English sub-forum
Do NOT post using Indonesian language in the English sub-forum (and any sub-forums under it).

20 ) Malicious Ware
It is strictly forbidden to post an attachment/link that may result in virus infection, phishing, spy-ware and/or other form of malicious ware that consequently may cause damages to the community and/or its member(s).

21 ) Respect to infomesum.com management
Do NOT behave in a disrespectful manner to any member of the infomesum.com management who is carrying his/her duties.

22 ) Respect to www.infomesum.com
Do NOT disrespect/discredit infomesum.com’s name ANYWHERE and by ANY MEANS.

23 ) Association with banned member(s)
a. It is strictly forbidden to invite banned member(s) to any form of gathering that was facilitated through www.infomesum.com.
b. It is strictly forbidden to share the same computer with a banned member.

24 ) Posting of Phone Number
A "working" person's number may only be posted in the forum under the following conditions:
a. Posted by the "working" person personally.
b. Posted by second party with consent from the first party.
c. Both first and second party is excepted to understand the risk involved by posting his/her phone number in the forum. Infomesum.com management will not be held responsible for any mishaps that may ensue from posting the phone number.

25 ) Sharing Phone Number
All members are advised to be more careful when sharing phone numbers, especially to an unknown member and/or with a low reputation.

26 ) Photo, Video, Song, Software, and Other Copyrighted Materials
Materials that are allowed to be posted in infomesum.com must be of the following:
a. Self-made.
b. Public domain material with the source clearly credited.
c. Photo/Video that supports a news bit with the source clearly credited.
d. Members are forbidden from sharing songs, software, and other copyrighted material without a written consent from the copyright owner.
e. Members are forbidden from asking and/or providing information for hacking/cracking/circumventing security protection of a copyrighted material. This includes asking for serial number or activation code of software.

27 )Medical Information
a. Member without medical qualifications (doctor, paramedic) is not allowed to post a literature and/or photo and/or video with direct/indirect attention to give advice of a medical procedure.
b. Exception is given for the discussion of medical treatments that were/are being received for the thread starter, family member, or friend. The information is to be treated as and only as experience sharing, NOT to be used as a second opinion. InfoMesum management will not be held responsible for any damages that may incur from mis-medication that may result from the discussion.

Our Rules and Social Etiquettes are not limited to what are written in here. Should there be activity(s)/behaviour(s) that in our judgment can or may cause harm/loss to the community, punishment will be rendered to the culprit, and to any individuals that participated in the event if needed.
